Carlson Salmon Spoons
Jr's Tackle started manufacturing "Carlson" Salmon Spoons in 1981 and has been adding additional sizes, shapes and colors ever since. Most of the patterns and sizes have come from our own fishing experiences and working with charter captains on the Great Lakes. "Carlson" Spoons are all built on a base of brass material and then plated with a heavy covering of quality gold or silver. We then add our own painting processes and patterns to produce some of the finest salmon spoons on the market today. (The current Lake Michigan record salmon was caught on a Carlson Spoon.)
We presently have 3 sizes of salmon spoons and 3 different metal patterns - smooth, scale and hexagram and a JR's "Rattlin" Spoon. We have the standard painted finishes and also our famous "reel fish" finish.
Our "neon glow" painted spoons are second to none in brightness of color and length of glowing time. We can produce any color combinations you might need.
